Assessments &amp; Consultations<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Fees paid for assessments, consultations, audits, or strategy work are <strong>non-refundable<\/strong> once delivered or initiated.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If a session is canceled by the client with <strong>at least 24 hours\u2019 notice<\/strong>, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Ongoing Services &amp; Retainers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Monthly or ongoing services may be canceled with written notice.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Cancellation applies to <strong>future billing only<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds are issued for completed work or time already allocated.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4.
