Refund & Cancellation Policy

Sweet Minds LLC provides customized, service-based hospitality and eco-operations support. Due to the nature of our services, the following refund policy applies.
1. Service-Based Work
All services are custom, project-based, or retainer-based.
Once work has begun, refunds are generally not available.
2. Assessments & Consultations
- Fees paid for assessments, consultations, audits, or strategy work are non-refundable once delivered or initiated.
- If a session is canceled by the client with at least 24 hours’ notice, rescheduling may be offered at our discretion.
3. Ongoing Services & Retainers
- Monthly or ongoing services may be canceled with written notice.
- Cancellation applies to future billing only.
- No refunds are issued for completed work or time already allocated.
4. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only if:
- Services were not delivered at all, and
- No work, documentation, or coordination has started
Approval is at Sweet Minds LLC’s sole discretion.
5. Third-Party Costs
We are not responsible for refunds related to:
- Contractors
- Suppliers
- Third-party service providers
- Government or permit fees

6. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact us first to resolve concerns before initiating chargebacks.
